Nagendra brings more than three decades of group-level financial leadership to the partnership. He currently serves as Group Chief Financial Officer for a hospitality group overseeing twenty-five properties across North, East and South India, with responsibility for capital structure, financial governance, fundraising and IPO readiness.
Before this he held Group CFO, Group Director of Finance and Group Financial Controller mandates with international hotel and resort groups across Europe, the Middle East, East Africa, the Indian Ocean and the Pacific — consolidating multi-currency accounts, restructuring banking facilities and negotiating commercial contracts in more than ten jurisdictions.
For NK Global Export, that translates into disciplined supplier due diligence, multi-currency cost modelling and the regulatory instinct that comes from signing off statutory accounts under a dozen different regimes.

Kumar is a senior finance executive with twenty-two years of progressive leadership in financial management, FP&A and strategic planning. He currently serves as Assistant Vice President — Finance with a luxury resort group in the Maldives, leading group-wide budgeting, forecasting and IFRS-compliant reporting across multiple properties and trading subsidiaries.
His earlier career covers Director of Finance and Financial Controller roles across premium resorts in the Maldives and India, including pre-opening financial setups and ERP implementations, alongside corporate finance positions with an Indian NBFC, a multinational FMCG group and a listed media company.
As Export Director he owns the buyer relationship end to end — specification, supplier negotiation, landed-cost modelling, inspection scheduling and shipment documentation.
What a finance-led partnership changes for a buyer
Sourcing failures are rarely about the product. They are about cost that was never modelled, a supplier that was never verified and a document that was never checked.
Costs modelled, not marked up
Partners who have defended group P&Ls do not hide margin inside a freight line. You see the build-up.
Controls before commitments
Internal-audit habits applied to supplier selection: verify registration, capacity and history before placing volume.
Compliance as a discipline
Careers spent satisfying statutory auditors in multiple jurisdictions produce document sets that clear customs cleanly.
